How to Stay Active
Yes I know you want to be lazy all day at home, but we still need to be active! Here are some tips.
Tip 1: Try playing sports in you yard! Get out some cones and a soccer ball or get a basketball and dribble it. If you don't have a yard you can kick a ball against the wall or dribble a ball.
Tip 2: If your not a sports person try running! It doesn't have to be a long run it can just be going up and down your street or if you want to challenge yourself running a couple blocks.
Tip 3: Try to exercise. Try doing lunges, squats, or pushups. If you want to try to do a lot of different exercises try using the 7 minute work out app.
Tip 4: Go on a walk. Start by taking short walks. As you keep doing it start going on longer walks! Walks are a nice way to get exercise.
Tip 5: Try dancing. Yes dancing. Dancing is a fun way to stay active and have fun!
